<p><strong>Wasabi&#8217;s health benefits:</strong> <a href="https://nextshark.com/japan-study-wasabi-cognitive-function">An October 2023 study</a> by Tohoku University researchers found that consuming 100 milligrams of <a href="https://nextshark.com/tag/wasabi">wasabi</a> extract daily for three months significantly improved cognitive function, particularly episodic memory, among adults aged 60 to 80. Notably, test scores in language skills, concentration and the ability to perform simple tasks increased by an average of 18%.</p>
