‘Pokémon Sleep’ gameplay introduced in new video

The Pokémon Company recently released a video that introduces the gameplay of its highly anticipated app “Pokémon Sleep.”
About the video and app: “Your Introduction to Pokémon Sleep,” which was shared on Wednesday, shows Pokémon fans the basics of the app, which analyzes players’ sleep patterns.
Each player’s “Sleep Style Dex” becomes filled with different kinds of Pokémon as they get more sleep.
“You place your smart device by your pillow, then go to sleep. By sleeping, Pokémon with the same sleep type as you will gather the next morning,” the Pokémon Company explains in its new video’s description. “Let’s collect various sleep styles of Pokemon [sic] and aim to complete the Sleep Style Dex.”
Other details: The sleep-tracking app, which was first announced in 2019, will be released later this month.
