Disney+ has released another teaser for its highly anticipated series “American Born Chinese” — and this time, Ronny Chieng’s recurring character makes an appearance.
Released on Saturday, the teaser trailer, titled “Epic Adventure,” highlights some of the scenes found in the series’ official trailer.
Another highlight of the teaser trailer is Jin Wang (portrayed by Ben Wang) wearing a Pikachu onesie.
“American Born Chinese,” which premieres on Disney+ on May 24, will star Oscar winners Michelle Yeoh and Ke Huy Quan as Guanyin and Freddy Wong, respectively.
Joining Wang, Yeoh and Quan as part of the show’s main cast are Jim Liu as Wei-Chen; Yeo Yann Yann as Christine Wang; Chin Han as Simon Wang; Sydney Taylor as Amelia and Daniel Wu as Sun Wukong.
Some of the show’s guest stars besides Chieng include James Hong, Jimmy O. Yang and Oscar nominee Stephanie Hsu.
