In his Instagram post, Wu listed all the nominees for this specific Emmy Awards category, and his show, “Into The Badlands,” which perfectly fits into this, wasn’t included or even recognized.
I started to write a long detailed post about this but decided to see what your responses are first,” the 43-year-old Chinese-American actor said in the social media post. I understand we are a genre show but we should OWN this category!!!Why do you think this happened? Why do you think we get no love within the industry? Action Coordination is the obvious one but what about Costume Design? Set Design? Cinematography? #snubbed.”
This one is true on how many television show viewers consider “Into The Badlands” as a show with all the best fight scenes on TV, reports GQ last year.

Of all the names mentioned in the list, Wu agrees in his other Twitter post that HBO’s “Game of Thrones” deserves to be included in the category.

Actors and shows I get. There are so many. But how many action shows are there out there? How many come close to what we do?” he wrote in another post.

One fan even tried to prove that “Into The Badlands” is a badass series with awesome fight sequence – even calling it as far as the “best” he have seen both on TV and/or in film.

Thank you,” Wu replied, acknowledging the fan’s support of the show. “At least the people who really know recognize the blood, sweat and tears we shed to bring the best action on tv every single fight!”

All the amazing fight sequence, of course, wouldn’t be complete without the talented team behind the kicks, punches, and backflips.

And they all should be recognized for it.
