American Man Spews Racist, Misogynistic and Homophobic Rant at Unsuspecting Thai Locals

Daniel Franckowiak, who came all the way from Bismarck, North Dakota was reportedly charged with criminal damage on Nov. 5 shortly after being caught in his unhinged meltdown that has since gone viral on social media.

The 46-year-old had reportedly been harassing a woman named Salita Akaruean, who owns a small restaurant in Chiang Mai, according to the Thai Examiner.

In the video, he hurls a racist, misogynistic and homophobic tirade towards the woman and other locals in the area.

“I’m a real motherf**ker. I kill people, I rape children, I kill f**gots, I’m real! I’ll f**king kill and rape you too,” Franckowiak yelled at Akaruean, who was filming the scene. “You’re going down, you coward chink b**ch.”

He then went on insulting locals, “I don’t drink. You know why I drink? To f**k you gooks off! I don’t drink to be happy. I drink to destroy you! You’re gonna get destroyed.”

Akaruean detailed her side of the story in her Facebook post. She claimed that the American tourist entered her restaurant and started insulting everyone for no apparent reason.

“During the insult, he was trying to spit at me! Luckily it didn’t hit. Then he proceeded to break my restaurant’s window,” Akaruean recalled. “Now that he had broken something, I went and called for security for help, then the police.”

A second clip of the aftermath shows Franckowiak turning to another local, saying “Your skin looks like the a** of a f**king cow.”

The 46-year-old tourist is then put on handcuffs in a third clip, where he tells Akaruean, “Put me on YouTube, make me famous.”

Franckowiak, who goes by the name Daniel Park on Facebook, describes himself as “the world’s very first runway model-superscientist and inventor.”

He appears to have made questionable claims in his posts, including being sent to Thailand by the CIA and that the U.S. government is behind K-pop girl group BLACKPINK.

Franckowiak is said to have a lengthy criminal record in North Dakota and Minnesota, dating back to 1992.

In North Dakota, he was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia, assault, check fraud, menacing, criminal mischief, being a fugitive from justice, terrorizing, possession of stolen property, dealing in stolen property and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to Heavy, citing court records.

In Minnesota, he was charged with domestic assault, trespassing, vehicle theft, DUI, possession of stolen property, second-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, terroristic threats and a number of traffic offenses.

The tourist, who claims to have been jailed three times in his first nine weeks in Thailand, has been released from custody and will return to court next month.
