For all those who fell in love with the Cohen family on the hit ’00s series “The O.C.”,  the glamorous house they used to shoot exterior scenes with has hit the market with an asking price of $6.25 million.
While the Fox-based series portrayed a life of an affluent family from Newport Beach, California, the newly listed house is actually located in Malibu.
With a view overlooking the ocean, the beautiful four-acre Italian villa comes with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and the nostalgic memory of the Cohen family.
Although the house does not come with a film crew, the misunderstood Ryan Atwood or an infinity pool — as depicted in the show — it does include a library, a home office, a sunroom and “intense privacy for residents who want to avoid the prying eyes of the paparazzi … or evil surfer dudes named Volchuk,” according to real estate website Trulia.
