Watching colorful autumn leaves fall is scenic enough, but people in Japan are making something more beautiful from the ground.
Apparently, locals are investing time to make “ochiba art” now that the peak fall foliage viewing period is over.
The trend, also called “fallen leaf art,” makes use of fallen leaves to create natural masterpieces in homes, park grounds, sidewalks and streets. Disney and Pokemon characters are just few of many the inspirations.
