Video of hangry corgi’s reaction to dinner being served late goes viral

A hungry corgi named Dash has gone viral on TikTok for his reaction to being served dinner late.
What happened: On Tuesday, Dash’s owner shared a six-second video of her dog on the TikTok account Dash the Corgi (@dash_and_furrious).
“My dog when dinner is 5 seconds late,” the clip’s onscreen text says.
In the short video, Dash can be seen biting a toy and then throwing it onto a kitchen counter, making a loud sound that scares his owner.
“Oh, Jesus! Oh my god, Dash” Dash’s owner can be heard saying in the background as the mischievous corgi innocently looks toward the camera.
“This is why we can’t have nice things,” Dash’s owner wrote in the now-viral video’s description.
What people are saying: Several TikTok users commented on the hilarious video, which has garnered over 2.2 million views and 150,000 likes.
“Dash looks so proud of his accomplishment!! Adorable!” one TikTok user wrote.
“My corgi is impatient as hell and they have routines and you have to do them til you die lol,” another user commented.
“Corgis have the funniest personalities!” another said.
About Dash: With over 509,000 followers on TikTok, this isn’t the first time Dash has gone viral for his behavior. The adorable corgi has shown off his throwing skills multiple times in other TikTok videos that have garnered tens of millions of views.
